Solvent-free primer for the installation of Ardex underlayments and toppings over absorbent concrete.
Features
- For absorbent concrete, wood, gypsum, and non-water-soluble adhesive residue on concrete
- Concentrated primer must be diluted with water
- Seals the substrate
- For bonding ARDEX underlayments and toppings to appropriate substrates
- For interior use only
- For specialized applications and with select underlayments
- Ardex P 51 can also be used for priming wood, gypsum, and non-water soluble adhesive residue over concrete.
- Improves adhesion of Ardex products over standard absorbent dry concrete substrates
- Coverage is 400 to 600 sq. ft. per gallon using a push broom
- Drying Time: 30 minutes; max. 24 hours
- Shelf Life: 1 year if unopened
