Can KERDI-BOARD be installed on studs?

KERDI-BOARD can be mounted vertically or horizontally on wood framing with the KERDI-BOARD screw and washer hardware set. IMPORTANT: Stud spacing exceeding 16″ requires the placement of additional studs.

How far apart should KERDI-BOARD screws be?

The maximum allowable on Center fastener spacing is 12 inches. Screws may be placed between adjacent panels. So that the washers fasten both panel edges.
